ARTAL Smart Agriculture, a company dedicated to the development, manufacture and commercialization of fertilizers, was present for the first time at Fruit Logistica, the international trade fair for the fruit and vegetable sector, which was held from 6 to 8 February in Berlin. This participation marks a milestone in the company’s internationalization process, which began more than 25 years ago and has led it to introduce its products in more than thirty countries on four continents.

ARTAL Smart Agriculture presented the latest range of products that is incorporated into its extensive catalog of plant nutrition: PRIMTAL- Stress-Free Technology, immunological activators developed in collaboration with the UJI of Castellón.

The new range is based on the ‘priming effect’, activating mechanism of the immune system of plants that does not generate stress. Faced with the elimination of elements harmful to the environment, but essential for the survival of the agricultural production system, the Valencian company has developed a solution, compatible with the biological control and certified for use in organic farming, which preserves the health of the crop. a way compatible with the environment. The new range stimulates the immune system of plants, conditioning them to respond more quickly and efficiently to different stress factors.

The Valencian company also presented the rest of its latest releases, such as the range of products formulated to meet the needs of specific crops: rice, olive, vineyard and extensive crops, and many biostimulants/inducers with which the company founded in 1895 shows that it is still betting to develop products with high added value that contribute to the optimization of crops in terms of quality, production and profitability.

ARTAL Smart Agriculture took advantage of the three days of the contest to hold numerous meetings and meetings with distributors and customers, in addition to establishing new contacts with producers and distributors. More than 78,000 professionals from 135 countries visited Fruit Logistica, which in this edition had the participation of 3,200 exhibitors from 90 countries.
