ARTAL Agrinutrients traveled to South Korea in early May to visit the new facilities that Garasima, his distributor in the Asian country, has in the town of Daegu. Thanks to this important investment, the Korean company can cope with the increased demand for plant nutrition products, which has not stopped growing since ARTAL Agrinutrients began exporting to the Asian country four years ago.
The visit served to introduce the new products recently launched by the Spanish company, formulated competitive and high-quality formulas according to the current demands of the different markets. In this sense, registration procedures of Mobile K as organic farming product under Korean regulation are underway. This new product, a last generation bicarboxylic potassium, provides a greater degree of translocation of nutrients and sugars thanks to its high mobility and rapid absorption and assimilation by the plant.
South Korea has become one of the most technologically advanced and best communicated countries. However, agriculture still retains a significant weight in its economy, with about one-fifth of its territory occupied by farms. Rice, potato and cereals are the main crops of the country, although in recent years the cultivation of fruits has had a significant development.
ARTAL Agrinutrients most demanded products in the Korean market during these four years have been the biostimulant Majesto; Algaton Eco, natural extracts of seaweed; Aminotal Super, biological bioactivator based on high concentration free amino acids; and Enraizal, which, thanks to its booster effect, increases the surface of nutrient absorption by stimulating the development of secondary roots, increasing the presence of mycorrhizae and the number of root hairs.
