Francisco R. Artal Huerta, consejero delegado de la empresa, intervino en la inauguraci\u00f3n de la jornada como responsable del departamento de comunicaci\u00f3n de AEFA.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada sirvi\u00f3 para que las empresas plantearan sus dudas e intercambiaran impresiones sobre el futuro reglamento, cuyo objetivo principal es eliminar las barreras comerciales entre los estados miembros y permitir el intercambio y el uso de fertilizantes y bioestimulantes. La propuesta derogar\u00e1 el actual Reglamento 2003\/2003 sobre abonos CE, pero permitir\u00e1 que los fertilizantes ya armonizados permanezcan en el mercado si cumplen los nuevos requisitos de seguridad y calidad, con un plazo transitorio para su adaptaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Desde la creaci\u00f3n de AEFA, en 1997, ARTAL Agronutrientes est\u00e1 muy comprometida con la asociaci\u00f3n: adem\u00e1s de ser una de las diez empresas fundadoras, tuvo como primer presidente a Francisco R. Artal Such, de 1997 a 2003.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ARTAL Agrinutrients has participated in a technical conference organized by <a href=\"http:\/\/aefa-agronutrientes.org\/english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>AEFA<\/strong><\/a>, the Spanish Association of Agrinutrients\u2019 Manufacturers, on the proposed draft for the EU Regulation to harmonize all fertilizers in Europe, a very advanced legislative project that brings innovative ideas for its development and implementation. Francisco R. Artal Huerta, CEO of the company, spoke at the opening of the day as the AEFA communication department responsible.<\/p>\n<p>The day was a time for companies to raise their doubts and exchange views on the future regulation, whose main objective is to eliminate trade barriers between member states and allow the exchange and use of fertilizers and biostimulants. The proposal will repeal the existing EC fertilizer Regulation 2003\/2003 but will allow the already harmonized fertilizers to remain on the market if they meet the new safety and quality requirements, with a transitional period for their adaptation.<\/p>\n<p>Since the creation of AEFA, in 1997, ARTAL Agrinutrients is very committed to the association: in addition to being one of the ten founding companies, Francisco R. Artal Such was its first president, from 1997 to 2003.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ARTAL Agronutriments a particip\u00e9 en Novembre \u00e0 un s\u00e9minaire technique organis\u00e9 par <a href=\"http:\/\/aefa-agronutrientes.org\/francais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>AEFA<\/strong><\/a>, l&#8217;Association des fabricants espagnols d\u2019Agronutriments, sur le brouillon de r\u00e8glement de l&#8217;UE pour harmoniser tous les engrais en Europe, un projet de loi assez avanc\u00e9, qui fournit des id\u00e9es novatrices pour son d\u00e9veloppement et mise en \u0153uvre. Francisco R. Artal Huerta, PDG de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, a ouvert la conf\u00e9rence en tant que chef du d\u00e9partement de communication d\u2019AEFA.<\/p>\n<p>La journ\u00e9e a servi aux entreprises pr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 formuler leurs doutes et \u00e9changer leurs impressions sur le futur r\u00e8glement, dont l&#8217;objectif principal est d&#8217;\u00e9liminer les barri\u00e8res commerciales entre les \u00c9tats membres et permettre l\u2019\u00e9change et l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;engrais et de biostimulants. La proposition annulera l\u2019actuel r\u00e8glement 2003\/2003 existant sur les engrais CE, mais permettra aux engrais d\u00e9j\u00e0 harmoniser de rester sur le march\u00e9 s\u2019ils r\u00e9pondent aux nouvelles exigences en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de qualit\u00e9, avec une p\u00e9riode transitoire pour leur adaptation.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019AEFA, en 1997, ARTAL Agronutriments est tr\u00e8s engag\u00e9 dans le partenariat avec cette association: en plus d&#8217;\u00eatre l&#8217;une des dix soci\u00e9t\u00e9s fondatrices, elle a eu comme premier pr\u00e9sident Francisco R.
