ARTAL AGRONUTRIENTES ha iniciado la exportación de sus productos a Kenia. De esta forma, incorpora un nuevo país a su plan estratégico de internacionalización, que inició hace casi veinte años y le ha permitido tener presencia en veintitrés países de Sudamérica, el Caribe, Oriente Medio, Asia y el Norte de África.
Este nuevo mercado se abre tras el viaje comercial realizado por la empresa valenciana a Kenia y Etiopía para reunirse con empresas del sector agrícola de ambos países del África Oriental, que mostraron su interés en la importación y distribución de los productos de ARTAL.
Las flores son el cultivo más importante de Kenia. De hecho, el país africano es el mayor productor de rosas y claveles del mundo y ocupa el quinto puesto como exportador de flores, el segundo en el mercado europeo después de Holanda. Actualmente, este negocio genera unos 40 billones de dólares anuales, siendo su industria más importante después del té y el turismo.
ARTAL AGRONUTRIENTES confía en incrementar las exportaciones a Kenia durante los próximos años y continuar así su expansión comercial por África, donde ya está presente en Egipto, Marrueco y Libia.
